About Me

The opportunity to connect with people and—together with them—create a safe, trusting space is one of the reasons I chose to train as a psychologist and practice psychotherapy. To me, this encounter is a deeply human act, in which listening and genuine presence become fundamental tools.
Listening to my patients and accompanying them as they translate their emotions, feelings, and life experiences—whether painful or those that spark hope and well-being—is an essential part of my calling. Giving voice to what is sometimes confusing or overwhelming allows for greater self-understanding and opens up new possibilities for meaning.
I view psychotherapy as a space of shared creation, where every piece of a person's story matters to the process of change. Through therapeutic work, individuals can deconstruct what no longer serves them and rebuild themselves from a place of greater self-awareness, authenticity, and self-compassion.
